The Original DEATHWISH: 100 Rep Squats
This workout was inspired by some training Justin would do early in his career: squatting 405 for 10 sets of 10, with no time limit. Occasionally he'd even do this twice a day! That's the kind of intense training that DEATHWISH workouts are aimed at, and this is a brutal introduction.
The Workout
- (Warmup) 5 minutes stationary cycling
- (Warmup) 5 minutes dynamic stretching for hips, knees, and ankles
- Seated Calf Raise, 3x12
- Squat
- Work up to training max ([email protected])
- 50% training max xAMRAP (10 minute limit)
(Optional) 5 minutes puking
