About Challenge Workouts
One of the biggest shortcomings of powerbuilders that Justin and I see involves something simple: working hard. That's where our Challenge Workouts come in. These aren't necessarily designed to make you bigger or stronger by themselves. Instead, they're designed to teach you to work hard, which will make more difference in your long-term progress than anything else.
When you're performing these workouts, try not to get caught up in beating PRs, maintaining perfect technique, or showing off for Instagram. The focus needs to be on pushing yourself to your absolute physical and mental limits. That said: be safe! Never attempt a rep that you think might cause injury. Nothing will derail your training faster.
