OG Deathwish: 100 Rep Squats

The Original DEATHWISH: 100 Rep Squats

This workout was inspired by some training Justin would do early in his career: squatting 405 for 10 sets of 10, with no time limit. Occasionally he'd even do this twice a day! That's the kind of intense training that DEATHWISH workouts are aimed at, and this is a brutal introduction.

The Workout

  1. (Warmup) 5 minutes stationary cycling
  2. (Warmup) 5 minutes dynamic stretching for hips, knees, and ankles
  3. Seated Calf Raise, 3x12
  4. Squat
  • Work up to training max (x1@9.5)
  • 50% training max xAMRAP (10 minute limit)

(Optional) 5 minutes puking
